Phalaenopsis Amboinensis is distributed from Ambon (therefore the name Amboinensis) in the Maluku Islands of Indonesia.
 
There are many different varieties for this miniature orchid, and the one we have is Phalaenopsis Amboinensis 'Nicole' AM/AOS, which is famous for its gorgeous colorful and fragrant flowers.
 
Once flowering occurs, it produces yellow-to-white background flowers with horizontal dark-red patterns. Your Phal. Amboinensis 'Nicole' AM/AOS will be potted in a 2.5 x 2.5 planter for a better growth.
